i sure do remember john his sister lily & me were good friends & there aunt nelly bless her she could never leave the house , lily married a lad called tommy from st james of donegal rd . they moved to turf lodge last i heard

i was talking about john only last week and we could not remember lilys name what about john i met his wife in the late 60s i knew lily went to turf lodge did you know davey...

Hi Teragram, I knew the McCoeys. They lived next door to my Granny in Shiels St. Remember well when Danny died. Is Paul McCoey still around. there were two sisters too. Roisin and Rosemary were there names I think. I am from the Whiterock Road but spent more time in Beechmount. Did you know the famous Danny Jack? he used to scare the life out of us St. Roses girls?

i remember tommy simpson he allways carried a spade but he was harmless

the likely lads eh john took me around the bungalows once on a motorbike he thought he was the bees knees and maybe thought he was beechmounts answer to elvis but he was a kind soul.
