Does anyone remember Mervyn Henderson's Chemist Shop on the junction of Merrion Street and Grovenor Road? My father wee Billy worked there for over 20 years. He loved the area and the people.

If it is the same family then maybe I am mistaking the first name   Jim Mc  would be 60 or 61 years old now   He had very dark hair,

Hi maggimay, I knew the mc callions, I believe she was an only girl in the family and she lived with her mother ( no father) if it is the same family, I thought the name was Mc Callum but I could be wrong, I think she lived in around 24 merron st. played with the Mc Veigh girls. as far as I can remember that had to be back in the early 40s
