does anyone know what team this is i think it may be lwr Shankill photo dates from about
1930s my father is the gent in the suit sitting extreme left front row as he died when i was quite young i dont know what his connection was with the team.

Any ideas where the photo was taken, Giannineo might know he's old enough ;D

Hi Just spoken to my dad and he says that lower shankill played on north road near the oval about that time.

As far as I recall Lower Shankill played in the Saturday morning Churches League and their ground was over at Braniel.

Played left back for Lower Shankill Boy's Club mannnnnny years ago. (50's) Last year Bobby Breathwaite played for them before he went to the Crues' next season.  If I remember correctly, usual home games were at Woodvale Park.
