I used to go to Mountpottinger Salvos with my Granny in the early fifties. She would go into any church as she always said they were the Lord's House.  The Salvos do great work, as do St Vinnies.

used to follow salvation army to listen to the music they used to start on a sunday right outside our door there was also a familyin our street who belonged to sally army &right nice people ther were too ,the army does excellent work all over ,
