Hi Carroll,I knew all the Moody's except the young ones you mentioned
Iam sure they are Helenand Billy children .I suppose you knew their Mum & dad,
Any way I think they live around about the Shankill. The last time i met their mum
and Granny was about six month ago, and it was on the Shankill.
Did you tell your mum Violet I was asking  about her

Jim Bo, no it was a pub, it was close to that big lane that used to run down the side of the hill towards Ardoyne but before the Deerpark, I remember people drinking in the pub (1960s), you could get a carry out, don't think it was an off license

Hi Doffer I knew Ann Orr, I was related through marriage, Her brother Ernie
was married to my sister Sheila.     I think Ann is Dead, because my sister
Sheila just passed away, and Ann was not at the funeral.           Herbie lives
on the Shankill, and he is still cleaning windows, out in Glengormley.

Hi Doffer.Im Myras eldest and I have two brothers too.I live in Liverpool.I left for work in the eighties and I also worked at gallahers and then the manchester tobacco comany. Then by shere luck ended up running a hotel in Stockport and now work for easyjet as a purser. My mum died in 1990 not long after my uncle John and my uncle Henry passed away a few yers ago. However all the family live in twadell avenue area now including my dad and me aunt sally is just round the corner.I think one my mums friends was Agnes Mckenna and her older sister was my aunt Sallys friend, maybe Jean.I remember Aggie and Hughie Arthurs and their daughter Jean and next to my granny and granda lived aunt evelyn. My god the memories are flooding back x
