I remember the McComish family in Tennyson Street. I think some of them are living in the Finaghy area now.
Thanks Tommy. The only one I knew was Deirdre , she was a lovely girl.

Hello

I see your posts on FR Gardens. My mother grew up there - her Grandfather was George Walker and her father was William Millington. If you ever heard of them, or had any info I would love to have it.

I did go looking once when visiting BElfast but I understand it is gone now.

Hi I realise this is very old thread
I see someone posted a list of names for Forth River Gardens

Does anyone know anything about George Walker in no 2 ? He has my G Grandfather. My mother lived there too, until about 1930 I think

I wondered about these, for no other reason than the combination of surnames...

Thanks you CmG
I do not think these re family - I found some on Belfast Burial. Pretty sure my Grandfather William was only member of our family in belfast. There were other milingtons but not known to be connected to us.

No problem, I just thought the Dunluce Avenue reference in particular had to be related, given the mention of that street in my previous posts, but if it doesn't ring a bell, it must just be a co-incidence, not to worry...  :)
