There was a book released a month or two back by Jimmy McDowell about
Ihab and Andre. Called Mummys Boys, this development will probably boost its sales.

I have not read the book Jon B but I did hear about it  There is no doubt that the sales will go through the roof.   As they say, " Timing can be everything!?

My mum bought me this book yesterday morning in Dublin Airport...before she knew of Ihab's death...it will be a poignant read now,
Apparently they went to the Boys Model school on the Ballysillan. I always believed their mother is a protestant so what were they doing living in Ballymurphy?

Bobby Sands was brought up in Rathcoole, before his family were ejected.

originally from N Lodge and Tigers Bay area
Only indirectly about Shoukri. In my youth Tiger's Bay was the area between Halliday's Road and the Duncairn. When did it move down the Limestone Road, or was there always a part of the Bay at the bottom of the Limestone Road? Is the Halliday's Road area still known as the Bay?
just keep going, it's better than the alternative.

On a similar note (B flat) in his younger days Billy Wright played gaelic with Whitecross in Ard Mhacha.

I have never met Ihab, but can answer a few questions that have arisen on this forum surrounding his death.

I have been told by a close neighbour of Ihabs that his pregnant partner Emma went to her bed on Sat night leaving Ihab with a few beers as he was sitting up to watch the Hatton fight. She found Ihabs lifeless body the following morning.Ihab was known to have suffered from epilepsy & had injured himself in previous fits.

There will be no Loyalist Funeral on a large scale as Ihab was no longer a member of the UDA he was living in rathcoole under the protection of the SEA faction but was not a high ranking member in the area.

There will be no Turf War or eruption of Feuding as Ihab had no turf,to the best of knowledge he was getting on with his life & trying to make a go of things with his partner.

In no way would i condone Ihabs past actions, this post is aimed at putting to bed unfounded rumours.
