Room for rent, behind Queens

Hi,

I've a room in a flat just behind Queens that I'm planning on moving out of.

Its got a double bed, good sized room, heating, washer, microwave, big fridge, 10 meg broadband, you'd be living with 2 girls. Very handy for students. £215 a month rent. Its a contract till July.

Wise up Al. You'll probably have to submit a passport sized photo, or maybe even a larger one, so that the two girls can check whether or not you are suitable to have a room in the house.
