Saturday morning films at The Ulster Museum
« on: February 25, 2009, 01:09:10 PM »
I remember rushing along to the museum in the hope that I would get a seat. The film subjects were usually nature or history. It didn't matter, it was the fact that I only had to go to Botanic Gardens to see a film!  It seemed special :)

I also went to the Saturday morning picture show in the museum.  The room was on the ground floor quite close to the original front door.
After the show it was into the "Fish house" (now known as the Tropical ravine)  or down to the "doggy-box" beside the bandstand.  Happy memories ..  :) :)

The main attraction was a girl called Valerie from Stranmillis Street (?)   ::)
