Lau
Winners of the Best Group title at the 2008 and 2009 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, Lau is made up three of the finest and most innovative exponents of modern traditional music - Kris Drever (guitar, vocals), Aidan O’Rourke (fiddle) and Martin Green (accordion) and their infamous live shows are truly unmissable

Exciting international jazz trio featuring Berlin based trumpet player Tom Arthurs, Danish bassist Jasper Høiby and Scottish drummer Stuart Ritchie

The Rising Sons of Lee Marvin
Award winning Belfast composer Brian Irvine presents his new venture ‘The Rising Sons of Lee Marvin’. A kind of Captain Beefheart big band, meets Efterklang meets Cameo, meets the wrong Beach Boys, meets The Thing – The Rising Sons is an energetic act, comprising some of the UK’s most virtuosic musicians, who promise to take audiences on a wild journey through the beautiful love filled oddballness of life!

One of the UK’s most creative musical acts, Polar Bear has been heralded for it distinctive fusion of jazz and electronica with punk and rock rhythms. As part of a fantastic triple bill, Polar Bear will be joined by exciting Brooklyn based experimental electronic act Dirty Projectors and dreamy LA trance duo Lucky Dragons

Mad Professor live dub show with MC, singer and support DJs
A rare opportunity to see Mad Professor in action. One of dub’s most legendary figures Mad Professor is the power behind the influential Ariwa label and has worked with an array of artists including Lee Perry, Massive Attack, The Orb and The Beastie Boys

Mike Nielsen (solo) and Knuckle Biter
A sublime solo set from stunning Irish guitarist Mike Nielsen and a pulsating performance from convention-breaking, improvising trio Knuckle Biter, featuring Steve Davis (drums), Alex Bonney (trumpet) and Simon Jerman (electric bass)
