Any one remember these faces from Ormeau Road Primary School McClure Street.(1950's ?). Havelock House in the background.

 I have the first photo, I am in it also my brother and cousins, I can name quite a few of the children. The teacher's name was Miss McKeown  (Don't know if that is correct spelling)  My cousin is in the 2nd photo. Marilyn.

Hi Meharg Do you have a better copy of the photo? Put up what names you know. I can add them to the bottom of the picture.
I know that top row sixth from the left is Trevor Rutherford.

2nd row from left, Peter Adair,5,Elizabeth Allen,10, Charles or Leslie Gardiner, Martin Nesbitt,

3rd row from left, Emily Donald, Kathleen Reid, Margaret?(Can't remember her surname, when I do I'll let you know, )June Greer, Marilyn Martin (me!) 7, Rae Reid, Mildred Harper, Elizabeth Kennedy, Prudence McCready, (or Maybe her sister?)

Last row from left, Charles or Leslie Gardiner 4,Rae Mehaffey, 7,Doreen Cummins,9, Gordon Willis.

 Hope you understand this and it helps.
2nd photo my cousin Thomas Martin is on the right and in front of him is Charles Mulholland (I think!)

I used to go to Ormeau Road Primary,could you tell me what year these pics were taken,thank you.I used to live in the first street off McClure Street facing the school.

I remember Ronnie Cairns from McClure Street,I actually have a photo of him[he was best man at my first wedding]The photo is of me,Ronnie and William Sutters[my cousin]Ronnie,Stephen Kirkpatrick and myself[Michael Davidson]hung about together for years.Then Ronnie left and went to work and live in London.Saw him a couple of times after that but unfortunately we lost touch.Hope to chat with you soon

myagi, Ronnie came to Rosetta Primary ,possibly around p6 ...nice lad....my grand parents and mother went to Ormeau Road Methodist Church...we lived further up the road at Whitehall Gardens.

Hi Giannineo,
Ronnie and I were in the 20th BB together and we also went to the church that is now apartments at the start of McClure street.Ronnie had such a laid back manner and awesome personality,I often wonder what he is doing now.We had many great times and laughs together.I remember we went to see The Beatles in the Kings Hall and The Rolling Stones in the ABC.Stephen who we hung about with came from Rugby Avenue.
