An open invitation to all  ex and present residents of hamill street and surrounding area.We have been talking for a while now about forming some sort of reunion maybe around the second week in September let us know what you all think.Benny.

Hi Benny, I assume when you say surrounding area you are including us Millfield men and women  :D   How are you keeping.  I haven't seen you since I last got a taxi to Ta Lockey's

Yes Larry (i assume it's you) The invitation is for all the surrounding area.I hope it materialises cuz the only time most of the old residents seem to meet is at funerals which is very sad.By the way did you pay me for that taxi ride lol.Hope you are keeping well.

Hi Benny - I must tell the eldest brother Ronnie you're thinking of a meet.  How are Pat & Eddie? Haven't seen them in years - Noel used to play in a band with Eddie, Andy & Jimmy Bonner.

To all interested parties this reunion is definately going ahead on the 11th October in the National club Queen St.,There is huge demand for this to happen.A group/band  has been organised and some refreshments will be available ie sandwiches etc.A small cover charge,to cover the cost of the group,can be payable at the door.Spread the word to anyone who may want to go. :)

Yes reunion is still on the hall has been booked and everything is a go for 5th October 2012 in the National club Queen St.

Thanks Benny for telling us about this site on Fri. night. The reunion was a great success, talking to people we hadn't seen for years. Thanks to yourself and Pat for organising it all.  :)

there was a family called hamill in john st,they left late 50s and went to australia

Val what year was that as numbers 4,6,8, and 10 were knocked down a long time ago
a lot of names not on there, mc cuskers, o'hares, chambers etc;
