Hi everyone in NZ. Could any of you let me know about Devonsport, Auckland and what you know about the place. My son may be going there for two years. He is in the Canadian Navy and will be posted there to teach Navigation. Any thoughts on this place would help, thanks in advance, Betty. :)
Hi Betty, we "met" recently on the Sydemham thread. hope your son has settled into Devonport ok. We lived not far from there until quite recently. It is a very nice part of Auckland and I'm sure he will enjoy it. I assume he will be stationed in the naval base there.

Hello to all our Kiwi friends.  Very sorry to hear of the further earthquakes in Christchurch and hope none of you are affected.  Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.  :-* :-*

Thank-you sweetheart, I have been very unwell since Christmas, I had an infection in my Jaw which cause Pericarditis. Bed rest and antibiotics, but it's not been easy.
We had to say goodbye to Fagan our Red Australian Terrier. It was heartbreaking.
Otherwise Paul and I are fine it will be wheelchairs at 10 paces soon.
