Hi everyone
Thanks for your kind wishes.  We wish you all the best for Christmas and the New Year.  Hope it's a healthy one for you all after all your hospital visits, etc.  We are on our own this year.  Our daughter has gone to see in-laws in Australia so first time we have been on our own for about 10 years.  We don't mind as we'll see them when they get back as they aren't due to return to work until 14th Jan.
Have another little saying for you Betty from our 3 and a half year old grand-daughter Sienna.  Mum and her were driving home from kindy and Sienna sings at the top of her voice to the songs on the radio.  Anyway she was singing with this lady called Karen (think she is famous in England) and after the song was over Sienna said "Mum that lady sings nearly as good as me".  We did have a laugh.  Cheers Eleanor

To all in New Zealand - Congratulations in getting your MARMITE factory up and running - after being down for over a year. Must have been like Ireland having to do without Guinness.

Hi DMW
We're back after 8 weeks away on our cruise around South America.  Had a fabulous time.  Some fabulous photos.  Maybe when Des gets a minute he can send you some.
You mentioned the Marmite.  Our local supermarket is giving away a free jar with your grocery purchase.   Afraid the members of our family don't like Marmite but like NZ Vegemite almost the same but not meaty flavour.
Hope you are all well in Canada.
Best regards Eleanor and Des

Desandel -  Good to have you back - I figured you had been away on another one of your cruises. Looking forward to some photos.   I thought Marmite was similar to Vegemite.   des

SJ and Brian darlins, I'm good but I'm not that good, the bad smell in Wanganui has nothing to do with me. They built a sewage plant the faces into the prevailing wind reminds me of being at Greencastle at a low tide, the woof was awful.
Thank-you I will put up some new photographs Ive taken quite a few. I am often on the "I Grew up in Belfast" on Facebook.
hugs to you all.
