In the 1966 directory it gives James (Jas)  McMillan Labourer.

My grandparents and great aunt lived in Twickenham street. The family name was McGregor and when my gran married she was Carter. Twickenham st was opposite the Matter hospital it was demolished when I was a child my grandparents were one of the last families to leave the street. My great aunt Nellie lived at the top of the street but she passed away before she had to leave. Sadly my grandparents have also died but my mother may remember your family if I can be of any help.

Don't know if relevant, but this from a local newspaper of July 1953: MR. ROBERT MILLAR, of Rathmore, Station Road, Greenisland, who was yesterday returned unopposed as councillor for the East Ward on Carrickfergus Borough Council, has the unique distinction of now being a member of two borough councils. Mr. Miller, who carries on business in Belfast and Carrickfergus, and is a councillor for Pottinger Ward on Belfast Corporation, was one of three persons nominated on Wednesday for a vacancy on the Carrickfergus Council ...

Thank you CM. This info was sent to me a while ago, I've since been been trying to find anyone who may have known him, but more importantly, due to him having been involved in the council,  surely there must be a photograph of him somewhere, despite it being many years ago?

I'm trying to find the Occupants of Hornby Street, early 1940's if possible. I don't have a house number only family name (Millar)
Also is there anyway I can find all names of Occupants during that time?
Thanks

The 1939 directory shows a Miller at no. 82, but not there in 1943 (large section vacant, possibly due to air raid):

These folk would appear to be related (I think house number 82 may have been mistranscribed as 52 in one of the records):
