great to see Jessica Ennis win the heptathlon and all the competitors joining hands and bowing to the crowd...sporting camaraderie... superb....Usain Bolt will be running minus times by next season ::)

Jessica Ennis was superb, makes up for her disappointment missing the Olympics, Usain Bolt is unbeatable in the 100 meters and another new World record to go with it.

American Tyson Gay who was second in a time of 9.71, said "I'm happy he ran 9.5 because I knew he could do it. I'm happy for him."

Bah... there were guys who worked in the Shipyard who could leave work at 5pm, and be home in Dee Street at 4.45pm  :o

I, and like my old stomping ground burntisland shipyard in Fife Scotland,you would clock out at lunch

time and get one of you mates to clock your card back in and out at the end of your shift,lol  :yahoo:
