That's the William Wheelwright, tanker. I did a couple of trips on her up the Persian gulf in 1961.

Jayne Mansfield-have read a biography on her many years ago.
By all accounts a very nice lady-but as so often happens with `personalities`,
it all went wrong in a lot of aspects of her life.
There`s a lot to be said in this life for just being a man/woman in the street.

Everytime I see a photo Of Diana Dors I remember a TRUE story that took place around 1969. I was sitting at home on a chair close to the tv reading a book with my 2 and a half year old Daughter on my knee. There was a black and white film on the tv which I wasn't paying any attention to when my young Daughter started to shout "look Daddy look". I glanced up and could see Diana Dors in a VERY low cut dress in some kind of a night club. I pretended not to notice what was on tv but my Daughter was getting more and more animated and kept shouting"look Daddy Look". Still I ignored her pleas for me to look until she finally grabbed my face between her hands and turned my head round to the tv and Exclaimed, Look, Daddy, look where that Woman's BUM is. We still laugh about this today :D
