Looking for info on the Parkers from New Lodge road.
 Jack, Tommy, Harry, Hilda, Jean, Father John, Mother Martha.

Hi Snobmum.
I remember Tommy and Jean and their mum, they lived in Sheridan St up until about 1970 and then moved over too Tigers Bay (I think). They also had relatives in Shandon St called Parker(sammy ,john etc) and the Mc Allisters.Again due to the troubles they all moved although Tommy was a regular visitor to the road for about another 20 years or more. I,m sorry I don,t have anymore info for you but I was only 11 at the time.

I am related to the Parker family from the New lodge road Belfast, John Parker and Martha Barr where my great grand parents, Tom Parker and Alice McAlister where my grand parents

Hi Wills that is the same family  John and Martha  are my grandparents and Tom and Alice are my uncle and aunt my father is Harry Parker

Hi Wills, Yes that's right i moved to New Zealand in 1971 and my mum and dad moved to Cholsey in Wiltshire. I believe you have been talking to my sister Stephanie  I live not far from her now so hopefully you will make it down to Islandmagee for a visit.
