Fun Fair before my time also.
But I remember Malone RFC having Live Bands on think it was a Saturday Night.
Unfortunately lots of fights,so didn’t last long.
Talking too a fella he’s organizing a reunion of The Ranch goers.
Probably on hold now,due too this Biblical plague.

I might be doing this wrong  but  do you remember the Gent family from east Belfast ,i think they  all  went to St. Antony's. I am trying to trace  and  get in touch with MARIE a very  close and much missed good friend. If yourself  or any body  could  help me I would be  very grateful.

My Eldest Sister worked with Patricia Gent?
Would she be a relative.
If you go back in Forum, think there was a mention of Roy Gent.?
Asked another sister she would still attend St Anthony’s she thinks the Gent Family moved too England.

Marty / Olelad,  I remember the funfair around 1967 and 1968. Came around Halloween and was located opposite Malone Rugby ground, behind what became the Red Rooster and is now Iceland; I  think it is now soccer pitches. I recall the old derelict house on that site.                                               Rugby players called it Diddy W*nkers Lane, for some reason.  I do hope an invitation is extended to Geordie  for the Ranch reunion. Even now after all these years I would like to shake him warmly by the plums .
