not a problem teap youve done your bit. while the whole rd would have been handy its between loopland dr and daddy winkers lane aka gibson pk ? im after.

the one i remember was defo on the cregagh rd between loopland and daddy winkers lane. oberon st was facing it.

Hello there. The people who owned the wee Model shop were called Mr & Mrs Muskett. I have not seen Arthur recently but have seen Mrs Muskett a while back. They lived about Stirling or Merok area.

When they sold it the new owner called it Best Wishes....just came into my head.  Mind you can't remember what I did yesterday!!!!!  ;)

thanks grannyspice for that info. great wee shop in its day. i spent many an hour in it or looking at the gear in the window. any idea when they parted company with it ?

Sorry olelad for comming in on this thread as i am not from that end of town but I knew Harry Hart he used to drink in a pub in Clonard called McGlinchey's he would have been found there most days. He was a very kind man and was very good to his friends i know he has been in bad health this last few yrs i thought i would add this post.

cheers dickie.  as most of us said at the reunion harry was by far the best teacher we had ever had and meeting him after all those years just confirmed the top guy he was.
