My grandfather lived 5 oldpark row this was 1910 anybody know were this was cannot trace on map

Hi dimples 45 I used to live at 107 old park road and my graney lived up there by the chaple use to go to the park picture house when i was wee

Hi ulster 1922 I lived at the top of manor drive until 1956 went to Liverpool but went back again in 1960 left in 1965 to live in England still miss the old times

Hey Tumbleweed, I left Manor St November 1961 for USA. Went back home in 1976 & 1977. Have not been back since. I would love to make a trip home this summer . Hope to see all my friends & family there.

You might have known Jackie Holmes or Linda Kirkpatrick. Ilived in Wallasey Park until 1968 and hung around with those two and many others for years.

Hi Barry, I seem to remember some mention of the Mourne Clothing Store on one of the other threads. If I remember, it was on the Oldpark Rd close to Oldpark Ave but on the other side of Oldpark Rd I will see if I can find it again & send you a pm.
