anyone from hunter street 1950

hi anyone from hunter steet off donegall road i was brought up there and went to linfield school my causin was albert whinchester who latter had a shoe menders on sandy row whould love to hear from anyone who knew us as kids my sister was isobel kennedy

 hi john,  i lived in bentham st,  but my cousins lived in hunter street they where called the
             lendrums and the stelfords you might know them,  my wife and i left bentham st,
             1958 maby before your time,  but one never knows.

hi bill i think i can remember them it was a long time ago im now 68 years young i spent the first half of my life in belfast i joined the army in 1960 i had good friends in matilda st called alex harrison and his wife mary also d mccrumb who had the shop i was last over in 1999 to see my sister who past away a few years back she brought me to donegal road i could not belive how it has changed   speek to you again soon                                                                                   john

Hi there, my father Raymond Green lived in 151 Hunter Street in the 50s, with hisParents 6 brothers and 2 sisters . :)

Hi John I was just reading ur posts, do u know if u are any relation of the kennedys Boomer Street, my nanny was Rosie Kennedy, i think her mother was Lena Mckeown and her father John Kennedy Labourer of 7b Boomer street, other siblings i have for rosie are May, Bell, Annie and Peggy though there may be more, this is just what ive uncovered. Thanks x

Yes Freddie that's me, Spent a good time of my childhood in Hunter street. Lots of great memories.
