Can anybody tell me the name of the building that was on the site of what is now the Martyrs Memorial Church at 356 Ravenhill Road? I believe it was some sort of maternity/nursing home.

Thanks in hope!

Ardenlea Nursing Home. I was born there!

I'm not sure, because I have clues only, not a complete set of information.

I'm pretty sure I'll know when I find it, so I'm interested to learn why you suggested Bamford.

Hi, by coincidence both my brother Paul and myself were born in Ardenlee Nursing Home.  Paul Bamford 1956, Gavin Bamford 1954.
