G, I get what Jily means - I think ?  ???

The area is hardly the COTU - mostly housing and very little 'social aspects' thereabouts.   No doubt, great shopping roads all leading up to it, but from a 'Tourists' point of view, one would need a car to get out and about to see the more interesting places in the pravence:D

However, it would be a great base if the person renting it was only wanting to visit in and around the Belfast / Castlreagh Area, and of course, to be able to say that they had stayed in home of the greatest footballer who ever lived!  ;)

Very interesting syriana - now we know exactly what's happening to his house, makes more sense to do it like that.
