I was home in Belfast in August this year and decided to visit Georges grave. I've been living in Australia for many years and remember watching his funeral on the internet and feeling so proud of where I came from.
With the city airport being named after him and the house business and all that I Could not believe how run down his grave was...Is there some family request that he should not be remembered in a more suitable way??
like not a mention of his football achievements ..not even a scarf or red & white flowers !!
The other graves around seem much more respectful of their occupants and reflected some retrospective of their lives.
So what gives Belfast ?...Surely he deserves better ..

As it is any family. .but not in all graveyards.    ;)
I'm patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it ...
