No problem, Bigali.

Unfortunately sectarianism and divison are what defines Belfast.  The people of this city are no closer to becoming a community of one than they were forty years ago.

Belfast is the only city in the world were ineptly named peace walls dominate the landscape and sectarian wall murals and hate parades are promoted as tourist attractions.

Can say I am very proud to come from Belfast, and will never be ashamed off my birthplace, or my Northern Irish roots,

Welcome to the forum weemary.  I agree with you.  Why should anyone be ashamed of Belfast?  Yes, we have had our troubles, but so have most countries in the world.  The majority of people do not hate each other as some folks seem to think.  Belfast is my home and I will always love it and the people talk just like me, which is a bonus, oh, and the baps and paris buns are just stickin out. :D :-*

I used to love the pasties from the Red Barn on the A/Town Road.

Is that place still there?
