My sister and I are  renting a magnificent property in Belfast with extensive grounds, 3 reception, 5 bedrooms plus study/dressing-room.
 
All fully renovated and refurbished.
Certificates available for new electrics, heating, insulation etc.
Partially furnished with brand new kitchen, bathroom, titanic thick weave carpets, curtains, new double-glazed windows throughout,hotel standard  beds, sofas, dining room suite etc.
 
Some pictures if wanted.Also Royal Doulton tea/dinner service
 
Totally repainted inside and out. Calm colour scheme
 
Situated in Cavehill Country Park.
Near Belfast Castle and Zoo
Views as far as Scotland on a good day. Belfast Lough and Cavehill only when weather is bad!
 
Beautiful place to live
 
Work will be finished mid-November 2012 if you want to view.

Forget to add - new fireplaces too - black granite hearths with electric fires  in the two main reception rooms, ornamental tiles and slate hearth open fire in the third (dining room),
 
Gas fired central heating throughout.
 
Breakfast bar and brand new appliances -hob cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen.
 
Large detached garage and outhouse/shed
 
Somebody, somewhere needs this house!

Thanks to everyone who looked at our house and passed the word around. 
If anyone is still interested this is your last chance  to view and decide if you want it.
My sister and I appear to have found a tenant who should be signing up in a couple of weeks but the property remains on the market until the lease is signed.
Thanks again to all of you for your interest and support .
Let's hope everything works out satisfactorily  (hopefully well) for us and our tenant family
