I have had no luck at all. I am looking for a birth registration for my great aunt Assunta Maria Riani possibly 1911-1912. Parents were Italiano/Carlo/Charles Riani and Rosina/ Rose Sherlock. Could be 18 Great Patrick's street or lincoln street. Thank you.

My great aunt was known as Susan Riani but apparently she was born Assunta Maria if that helps. They also lived in St James although that was much later.

Also if you would be able to check if there was a newspaper record of Italiano/Etaliano/Charles Riani who died 8 Jan 1961 and was exhumed around 10th May 1961 or maybe after from Miltown cemetary. Apparently it did hit the newspapers?

Much appreciated.

Not the Maria Riani in the 1911 census?

This Maria was born Mary Ellen Sherlock 22 Dec 1901. I am not sure if she was in fact the daughter of Italiano/ Charlie Riani as he is not mentioned on her birth certificate. My Grandfather Luigi was born 1910, His other sister Assunta Maria/Susan was born approx 1911/1912. I thought it may havd been later as I found no record. She and my great grandmother Rosina/ Rose were flower sellers at Belfast City Hall.

Thankyou! I have this information. I am most grateful for your help. Do you think it's possible Susan/Assunta was born outside of Belfast as we have no record of her birth?

Already checked. It's more likely she was born after 8 Aug 1917 (today minus 100 years).
You'd need her death certificate to confirm her age when she died.
