Belfast Publicans - Can you name them?
« on: March 04, 2013, 10:18:42 PM »

This is an old photo of Belfast publicans visiting the Guinness Brewery in Dublin in the 60s or 70s.  Does anyone have any names?

Middle, second row from back is Hugh Gordon. He was bombed out of two pubs on the Shore Road and ended up buying the Leopardstown Inn in Dublin.

Great thanks for the information!

Front row 2nd from the right is John Keenan who owned pubs on the Ormeau road.  This photo was taken in the 70's. ;)

I don't think so Dan but I am not totally sure.  He worked in the Midland hotel until about late  sixties.   :)
