2nd Row 5th from left - John McIlhatton??
Spot on Bugsy!!! I worked for John when I left school, in Donegal St. He previously had a bar in Durham Street. A great place to learn the bar trade. John passed away a few weeks ago. RIP John Mc Ilhatton.

There was a guy Harry (may be wrong with the first name here)McGavock, danced in Maxims, had something to do with The Roughford Inn
you are right on McNamee , big McGavock used to be a 'face' around central Belfast   for a while. ;)

Front row 3rd from right, is that the guy that owned Maddens pub in Smithfield?
Front row 3rd from right is my father, Kevin Rooney. He started with Madden's in 1958 and sold it in 1985, retiring to Killyclogher, just outside Omagh. He passed away on April 17, 2017 at the grand old age of 95.
Front row first on the right, I believe is Paddy Lenahon, the father of Mary macAleese.
I actually have an original copy of this photo given to me by my father.
