kate.o My wife says that you are a Champion!! I was only away for months but you have brought up your family on your own. We have 5 children and 11 grandchildren, eldest 38, youngest, 8, no more in sight, at the moment. My wife enjoyed, Falmouth, too, I drydocked, there, a few times.
johnmc. I brought out the Iron Somersby from Belfast after standing by the build for 7 months. We sailed from H&W Thompson Wharf, 7th Dec. 1971 on a 31 day non stop voyage around Cape of Good Hope to Port Hedland arriving at the anchorage 7th Jan. 1972 after loading, arrived Port Kembla, 28th January. We loaded at Koolan, Yampi Sound on later voyages for Japan.
