I went to this school in the 80s it was called jaffa centre it was for kids who did not fit in secondary school I was put there for fighting and messing about before that I attended cbs glen road the jaffa centre was for both Catholic and loyalists the teachers where mint  there was some violent kids that went there I wonder how they turned out ?

I thought in the 60s it was a school for pupils "having behaviours outside the realms expected of normal, decent citizens of the city of Belfast"  When it burned down in the late 90s they moved it and renamed it Loughshore.

hi i went to the jaffa school with my 2 brothers 1947 and a lot of my friends, you did not have to be jewish to go there. i remember every christmas we where given a big jaffa orange, that was a big deal then as most of the familys it was the only time they got oranges.
