If you require transport it will cost you nearly a 1/2 days pay. Not much incentive to apply.

Hi there,
This is of course only for those who require transport - we have arranged a coach which will work out much cheaper for candidates who would otherwise be using public transport or unable to reach the workplace
Thank you

works out 477.80 before tax not bad for someone on the bread line. when you consider an O.A.P. or someone on the dole has to live on a fraction of this.

Or if your glass is half full, you pay just over 4.30 return to ballymena, and have 8 days work and paid training.  Of course, you could stay at home with your hand out for benefits.

Why not let the firm and Grafton pay for the transport it is them who are only giving 8 days of work, hardly a big investment, try this, if one person gets transport it will be the same price to move one as a multiple of workers.

And then compensate those not using the coach by giving them an extra 35.00?  Get real!

I know, the cheek of the job (preparing poultry for Christmas) only lasting 8 days!!!  They'd be far better cancelling it altogether and those outraged by the meagreness of the opportunity could eat bread and dripping for Christmas.

Or get someone to give them a handout.

Presumably potential candidates will not be relinquishing higher paid employment to take up these opportunities.  In the land of the blind  the one eyed man is king.
