I didn't know there was prefabs on the Manse Road, but remember the Nissan huts over on Circular Road near Edenmore Hotel back in the 60's.
My mum and her sister went to Whiteabbey a little later than you.

The prefabs were in Whiteabbey School grounds at the bottom of the playing fields facing unto the Manse Rd.  It was a earie road at night
nearly all large houses with long drive ways and large hedges scary when you were walking down?

Names to left are Circular Road as my relatives lived there and know quite a few others.
