I left 1969. Do you remember Miss Ferguson, remember getting the cane from her!   She took our maths class for the first couple of years then we had George Whitton.

Between 1960 and 1964 I went to Everton School at Ardoyne . During my time there I had in my classes 2 boys from the Wood vale area. One was  Billy Bryans from Enfield Street and Billy Harvey ,not sure of his streets name ,but was in the same area. Does anyone know anything of their whereabouts?
Would like to know about some more people in this class namely Doug Elliott Trevor Stephenson, Sheila Taylor,Geraldine McMillan,William Johnston. I am Sammy Harley and have been  living in South Africa for the last  forty five years

My husband went to Everton, but I did not think there were girls there. .He would have left around 1955!!!!

Sorry I am talking about Everton Primary as I don't think there was a secondary school way back then....Could be wrong.

I didn't go to Everton but when I went to Seaview Secretarial College there were two girls in my class from Everton, June Tumelty and Maura Smith, two really nice girls and they were great friends.

Remember her well, wee grey haired woman, in room 5 ! .  I loved Everton, such a dedicated group of teachers too .  we were so fortunate .  I along with some others went on to study nursing , just retired a few years ago.
