Frank also taught myself, if I rememeber rightly, he was a very competent squash player.
I remember him carrying his squash gear.
But,I believe,he was one helluva Handball player.

Sure is hot as hell here!
Frank died in 1993---a brain tumour.  His son John works for an IT firm in Belfast.  The other son, Paul, was one of the first Catholics to join the PSNI and from what I hear he is well liked patrolling West Belfast. His daughter Romy has a family around Ormeau. His widow Rosemary has been to see us in New Zealand three or four times and on her first visit went para-gliding off Te Mata Peak here in Hawkes Bay.
Pity he died so young.I am sure that he is,sorely, missed.
His wife sounds like she was his perfect partner and if his 2 sons are even half the man he was then I'm sure they'd be a pleasure to know.
Thanks for the update Brian and if,ever,I am heading your way I'll look you up.

May be wrong but I think the Pop was near the Young's Row corner with the Newtownards road.
