Scotland the Brave
« on: October 19, 2015, 10:03:31 PM »
I felt disappointed but with no grounds for complaint as Argentina beat Ireland fair and square. However, as someone said today on radio, there was only one thing worse than being an Irish rugby fan on Sunday night and that was being a Scottish rugby fan. How brave and how stirring the Scots were and how cheated, how gutted they must have felt. We all know the feeling very well. Nonetheless, the competition has been clear illustration once again that, played at top level, rugby is truly one of the greatest sports to watch. Well done to all and genuine commiserations to the Scots!
