Well, I would say his first specialist skill is that he speaks Hungarian and English.
He also must Know the job. Which I would guess has a certain amount of specialism (Is that a word?).
Obviously, if the company he works for are employing a cleaner for example, I wouldn't have thought they would need to bring one from Hungary.
BTW, it is interesting that a company is moving east to west instead of the other way around.
So what is the name of this company Balazs?
You need to say if this is genuine and take away the doubt. Or is it in fact a load of balazs!

Yes, someone could be taking the hiss to get a reaction BUT.  here in Boston, UK we have had thousands of Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Russian & Romanians but the majority are Polish who come to pick the vegetables. Many can't speak English nor can their children. So they have had to build new schools and employ extra teaching staff to accommodate these people. Also translators are earning a fortune attending hospitals with patients from abroad.
People do get angry when jobs are advertised in the packing plants for people who speak Polish as they say that local folks don't get a look in for the jobs. As I am not looking for work and retired I don't know if this is true, what I will say is that I personally would not last 10 minutes working out in freezing cold fields picking vegetables with the rain pouring down on me. My neighbour in Luton was Hungarian and was a computer specialist so who knows, he might have specialist skills. Who knows? Some people move for a better life, hopefully.
