Hi, I didn't know the Fortes but my father Dante knew Leo well. I am trying to find out the name of the solicitor's Leo worked for in Belfast and thought his sons or daughters might know this.
Iolanda, I sent you a PM. The solicitors may have been John G H Wilson and Co. Not sure though. I had dealings with Leo (my mum's cousin) but it was consular stuff and he acted as a Notary Publc for me many years ago so his official stamp referred to him personally and not the law firm. His sons have all left Belfast. My PM will explain better.
Some of us are here!

I knew his son, John, from the City of Belfast Youth Orchestra. Peter and another brother were also in CBYO. Maybe one of them is on social media?

Any relation to the Forte family who owned the cafe beside the Arcadia steps in Portrush ? Best fish and chips in Portrush at that time , sadly long gone.
It seems so, as per what Marshmallow said in reply 3, and he and several other family members are buried there.
