What was his first name? I'm assuming "Stoker" is a nickname. Any other relatives? When was he married, and to whom?

Hello I am doing a family tree search and William Henry McGuigan the boxer might be my Great Uncle. I live in London too. If this is the right person his  brother Joseph Leo died at sea during the war in 1940. Do you have any information about this?

Hello Jacquimc. Joseph Leo McGuigan was a fireman on board the Kenbane head when it was sank by the german pocket battle ship The Admiral Scheer, S.E. of Greenland, 5 November 1940. Also another fatality on the same ship was his cousin Joseph McGuigan, donkeyman. They did not go down with the ship but according to my Late Grandfather, Joseph Henry McGuigan, they were both buried in St.Johns,Canada. All three Josephs were first cousins. Hope this info. helps.

Hello everyone,  William 'Stoker' McGuigan was my grandmother's brother.  She was Mary.   There are some pictures of Stoker on the SAILORTOWN Facebook pages.
