knew mount street well,   from the dress fashion i would say it was the mid to late 40s   also the orange arches didn't happen much after that.    hope this helps.

Much earlier than the 40's, surely? The King and Queen dangling so gracefully from the arch look like George v and Mary. He died in 1936 so my guess for the photo would be late 20's.
