Music Halls and who worked there 1901?
« on: February 13, 2018, 01:41:35 PM »
I've found someone called Dennis Keenan (Dinnis Kennia on the 1901 census) who on his childs birth register is down as a "stage manager" and on the census he down as "music hall hely" (when looking at the actual census image, I believe it to be mis-transcribed and should be 'help'). I'd love to know what music hall he may have worked in. They lived on Ton Street near the Falls if there were any halls in the area

Would there be any record of who worked in music halls in early 1900s?

(I have all of his info that explains his life up to his death, i'm just looking for his work in music halls)

Thanks, Sarah

Apparently it was on the Grosvenor Road - What music hall used to be there?
