Here is a bus which didn't quite make it.   :)

The soldier is lying on the Crumlin Road looking into Hooker Street. the burnt out bus is at the junction of Chatham Street and there is another damaged bus to its left. This was 15th August 1969.

This is Brookfield Street at its' junction with Crumlin Street. The burnt out bus and two others have been recovered by the time this image was taken.

Of all the buses taken and burned in August 1969 - the location of where one was burned remains a mystery after 50 years? Does anyone know if any buses were burned around the bottom of Brompton Park?

I think itís Conway Street looking down from the Falls. Itís the left side of the street with Conway Mill (not pictured) opposite. The opening on the left is a small street called David Street. But lm not sure. Itís not North Howard Street looking towards the  Shankill from the Falls. Any other ideas?

:) Plenty, ... but your first hand knowledge is the important bit.

What do you reckon,... recognise anything/anywhere ?,...
