Samuel   COWAN   .   Magheradrool   of Magheraknock; a weaver; father of Ellen who married Robert Patterson in 1866   CR*

from 1863
Map ref 1b house valued at 5 shillingspa with small garden
Map ref 14a house valued at 15 shillingspa with small garden   property14 not 14a is this visible on google map as well visible on the map on creevytenant road go satellite view
start with the junction of hillside road with move along the road eastwardscreevytenant road, after 100 metres theris wobbly road on the north side going northwards and eastwards, About 420 metres further along, again on the north side is an absolute straight unnamed road
you should if you click in the junction a little window should open 37 Creevytenant Road BT24 8UJ, click in it and a street view fills the screen there is a house hidden to the left ie eastwards as you go theough the shrubbery.  wrong go back to previous driveway 60 metres its marked   47 Creevytenant Rd
Ballynahinch BT24 8UJ
54.439400, -5.921458 47  I think that is on the site of property 14 in griiffiths

jump back to 1834 Tithes see
and this sounds near enough to Cowan to be investigated
Cowey, Robt.   Townland: Magheraknock Year: 1834

good luck
