Victor Cushley

Does anyone remember Victor Cushley who died 1966? He was a mattress maker and used to go to the dance? hall in Avoca Street in the early 1950s. Think he had two children-can't remember their names. Lived in the Byron Street area. I think the family were related to the Cushley coal men.

Oooh, more info: he had a son Victor who moved to London in the early 1960s.

Victor senior married Mary Ann Irvine in 1936  and lived in 12 Harold Street. Sorry speaking to relatives revealed more!  :)
