It's a 'rootsireland' transcript, Edward was born 23 February 1923, baptised on 5 March same year, parents recorded as Francis and Mary (Doherty) McCarron of 9 Seymour Row. I can also see births/baptisms for:
- Peter Kevin Barry McCarron in 1921 in St. Malachys Belfast, same address and same parents - but Mary called Odoherty;
- Maureen McCarron in 1920, same church, address and parents - but Mary called Odoherty, father called Frank;
- Elizabeth Ann McCarron in 1918, this time St. Mary's Belfast, address = 147 Millfield, Mary called Doherty;
- Bridget McCarron in 1917, parents Francis McCarron and Mary Doherty... HOWEVER this baptism was way down south in Tullylish parish (record annotated to say that Bridget married Robert Frew in Holy Rosary Belfast on Christmas Day 1942);
- Margaret Josephine McCarron in 1913, this time back up in Belfast (St. Patrick's), address = 147 Cavendish Street, parents Frank McCarron and Mary O'Dogherty (registered for civil purposes as Maggie Elizabeth McCarron, address = 24 Crumlin Road).
Given that one Tullylish parish baptism, I imagine this might be a contender for a marriage?
