Captain Arthur ONeill

When I was younger I remember hearing how my grandmother was related to the above person.
Apparently they were cousins or something like that. He was from the ONeills of Shanes Castle in Antrim/ Randalstown. I don't know what the connection is or was .She was Houston but her mother's maiden name was McFall.
Any info regarding this would be greatly appreciated
