Anyone have an interest in Lawn Bowls?

We have formal Pennant Competition games plus Social games to encourage new players,

Yes indeed Roadracer, a good money spinner for the clubs and a good way to attract new members.

Another new series is Jack Attack which was introduced to attract younger players,

I am a member of the local bowling club but have only ever watched it being played while sitting in the club house downing a few schooners.
Quite a few years back used to see a young local guy with potential play, Aron Sherriff, he has moved on from our little back water.

Aron Sherriff, yes he certainly has made a name for himself.

Nothing like a cold schooner on a hot day, although in Victoria not many drink schooners but mostly pots.

I remember playing a few social games in NSW a few years ago, it was awesome, some had a schooner at each end.

NSW clubs are way in front of the other States given that they had the pokies way before anyone else.
