What about the thousands they have in fines from people who strayed into their 24hr bus lanes, even though the buses stopped at 11 at night.

Translink  is a 'public monopoly', and still they lose money. A few years ago their CEO Catherine Mason earned more salary than the British PM. Says it all, really.  :o
