This guy is one of the most genuine politicans in Belfast, doing sterling work for the homeless and communities in need.

He also comes across as down to earth, no agenda and not up his own posterior.
I believe at present he is the Deputy Lord Mayor.

Paul seems to be the only person talking about this growing epidemic....That we are sitting on a ticking time bomb, and nobody seems to bat an eyelid.
